Cancellation Policy

If the booking is made through third-party platforms, the cancellation policy set on each platform will apply.

Bookings made via our website are non-cancellable and considered firm. If you cancel at any time before the check-in date, you will loose the reservation fee, and If you cancel after the last payment – 45 days before arrival – no refunds will apply.
