Cancellation Policy

If the booking is made through third-party platforms, the cancellation policy set on each platform will apply.

Bookings made via our website are non-cancellable and considered firm. If you cancel at any time before the check-in date, you will loose the reservation fee (20%), and If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

Therefore, in all cases, if you do not show up (“no-show”), you will be required to pay 50% of the total booking amount (20% deposit + 30% additional).
